Been a patron here over 20 years, not any more. Don't want to get into a a confrontation but just want to let everyone know" shop around for pricing on your medication" and just don't let anyone tell you that they have the best price. (Bs). The only reason that Thao Nguyen thrive in St Albans for over these many year is because the population of St Albans and it surrounding area are of migrants back ground. And more importantly of an aging population. Therefore most of their prescriptions are subsidies by the government. So many don't ask about pricing. I recently just share my experience about pricing with one of the staff (Helena) only to be rudely told that's my experience is false and that I made it up. Good luck to Thao Nguyen and the St Albans team. Hopefully the brand can have the same success...

Bad customer service. Very rude and not helpful

Dropped In today for required medicine. Pharmacist was amazing, took time out of her day to explain how it was to be used for the best of me. Thank you for your care in this crazy times, much appreciated. I would recommend these guys for all your medical needs, amazing service!

The staff are great, fast friendly service. The price can’t be compared to chemist warehouse, however it’s not too bad. Just be careful to check your prescriptions properly and memorise them (if you have multiple repeat ones) because they sometimes would forget to return them back to you or claim you have no more repeats.

Sending stuffs back to Vietnam. They lost my parcels and ghosting me for more than a year. I will take it as a bad luck. Dont use their frieght service
